By submitting a franchise application to Motorus Detailing & Modification Studio, you are expressing interest in operating an authorized studio under the Motorus brand. This does not guarantee approval, and all applications are subject to a thorough vetting process.
Approved franchisees are required to meet the financial obligations outlined in the official Motorus Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and Franchise Agreement. This includes the initial franchise fee, setup costs, and ongoing royalty or marketing fees as stipulated in the contract.
All franchise locations must strictly adhere to Motorus's operational, technical, and aesthetic standards. This includes using authorized products (such as our certified Ceramic and Graphene Coatings and TPU PPF), maintaining facility standards, and ensuring all technicians pass Motorus training programs.
Territory exclusivity, if any, will be explicitly defined in your individual Franchise Agreement. Submitting an application does not secure or reserve any specific geographic territory.
During the franchise inquiry process, you may be provided with confidential business information, financial models, and operational guidelines. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent from Motorus.
